Liars. My pipe coming into my house was frozen solid, After only 5 mins of a survey they told me they would have to replace my entire water line coming into my house. The estimate was about 17k. I told them no thanks and called an actual plumbing company. It only cost me $400 and they fixed it in about an hour. I would never call them again and never recommend them. Just to clarify this Happend a while again. I just saw a commercial for them and wanted to let ppl know how terrible they are.
