I'm very pleased with the installation of my Trane...

I'm very pleased with the installation of my Trane heating and air conditioning systems that were done on October 9,2018. Ty Gates came out in the spring and did a quote complete with measurements and photos.
He was very professional and sent estimates for several different systems, complete with costs and brochures, rebate info, etc. I had all the info I needed to make a decision and decided on a new high efficiency Trane system. But it did not end there.

The team of HVAC techs which Custom Air sent out on the day of install was superb to work with. Sam and Ryan were technically proficient and very professional as well. They explained the entire process start to finish and everywhere in between. I had lots of questions and they took the time to explain everything in great detail. They took great care in my house at all times ( with the booties) and cleaned up meticulously.
I could not have asked for a better experience. They were spot on with the estimate of time it would take which was basically all day and into the evening. They did a great job. Thanks, guys!
