Terrible, I will never ever stay here again. Once and done. I was expecting a romantic getaway and I was completely wrong. The first day we found a roach in our pool, complained, they went to clean our pool came back and stated there was no roach, even tho it was floating near my foot and was gone after maintence "checked it". Basically called me a liar. There were Cobb and spider webs near our champagne tower and to top it off woke up day two with ZERO hot water. I was furious, I went to the highest level of management TWICE for a refund, we paid $1100 for the weekend and received $100 back. Ridiculous! I've never been to a resort that was so expensive and yet the furniture is old paint is chipping stains on the carpet in every single room on every square of carpet, no sheets for the massage table and our fridge made the loudest most obnoxious lawn mower sound when tried to use it... I wouldn't recommend this place. Management handled my complaint terribly. Worst baecation I've ever taken.
