Great location, many food places nearby. Room was great with a few exceptions: there was only 1 toilet paper roll without any in the drawer as backup, the queen bed and pillows were very uncomfortable we did not sleep well, and there were no coffee filters in or near the coffee machine. Be aware that there's a $29 overnight valet fee. All the customer service so far was very good, the room was clean and odor free, but there was one hair stuck in the shelf side in the cup cabinet. Room service tidied our room and phone requests were filled promptly. There's one outdoor "hallway" where we board our elevator where people always smoke (we are non smokers and health-conscious) so that was a con. Overall our experience was good and the hotel looks nice.
