After we paid we were told to take a seat and wait...

After we paid we were told to take a seat and wait for the next tour. Nobody came to collect us and after sitting for over 25mins an attendant asked if they could help. After stating what we were told they asked where our stickers were as proof of payment - we stated we didn't get any or a receipt. They said they'd 'take our word for it'. After being allowed to join the group the facts we were told we're interesting but for the price we expected to see a lot more! The shark area and watching them being fed was by far the best experience. Been there, done that - unless new features were added I wouldn't return.
