Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, what more could you want? Claim Jumper is inside the hotel so that's an added bonus. I didn't try their outdoor pool but it looked fine. The only negative I could see is that if you are a light sleeper and go to bed early then the sound of the planes might bother you. This wasn't a problem for any of us including my 4 year old. Best part was the sitting on the balcony at sunset over the water. The view was amazing. I will stay here every time I'm in San Diego from now now. Great location to walk places, short 10 minute drive to zoo/museums or a trolley rose elsewhere.
