Awful. Worst experience with a dealership ever. Body shop is unprofessional and cannot do a satisfactory repair. General manager told me that my word meant nothing. Beware.... I was forced to accept a poor repair. Got no help from the management or the owner Toby Breeden. Adding.. that the customer has the final say, in accepting repairs. You were not waiting on the adjuster as per the insurance company. You told me that, "it didn't matter what I said, because the insurance company was paying for the repairs." Further more, after picking up the Jeep and driving it 5 miles, the left front brake locked up. That cost me another $450. Just a coincidence? Possibly. Also, we found a 1" gouge in the front passenger window tint, after we picked it up for the brake repair. My wife started crying at this point. She loves that Jeep. Never again... You had an opportunity to make this right.
