You re already paying the exuberant prices for Disney, this includes the over priced mediocre food, and almost double for anything in the gift shop, you would expect some honesty would come from the staff. We were there for a week, and throughout the entirety of our stay, things would go missing from our room. I checked into lost and found everyday, none of the items were retrieved. It was very obvious they were taken from the staff whom entered our room. And, the employee with sticky fingers made sure to take my moms North Face jacket, my kids brand name swim trunks, my Tory Burch sandals and my Burberry jacket. In addition to paying almost double as I would anywhere else to stay at a Disney resort, I also have to pay to replace my stolen items. I spoke with management, and they kept referring me to manager after manager. We checked out on the 8th of March, and I m still awaiting for HR to call me back in regards to our claims. Great resort for the kids, but beware of your items, you re taking a gamble with them by staying here.
