Review of Hotel NH Schiphol Airport

Very bad experience during our last stay.

Very bad experience during our last stay.
The furniture in the rooms is quite old and not renewed, we noticed some defects in the piping, as well as the curtains that were unable to occult totally the windows , the TV was not working maybe it was the remote, but we haven't had any desire to watch.

The worst is the free shuttle service, we booked calling the reception for a shuttle at noon, (it was 11h30), the lady confirmed we have 2 places in the shutte for 12pm, we arrived at reception 2/3 minutes before, there was no shuttle, it was currently scheduled for 12:30, so we lost half an hour.

At our return rom Schipol to the hotel, there were two rusty vans limited places, we were not able to take the shuttle because there were a lot of people waiting, around 20 personnes and the vans can take only 8 personns, so we waited more than one hour to be able to join the hotel, we were veru tired as we were running the marathon the day after.

Also there were two empty beer bottles on the mini bar, I just discoved by chance as I wanted to put my soda on the fridge, it was scary to see how bad the service was.

Avoid going to this help, I wish I knew, even for more Euros to pay and to stay wherever you want in Amsterdam except in NH.

This is my last time in this hotel, and I will let everybody know
