This is my first home purchase and it was a flawless experience. Joel and his team did an outstanding job from the get-go even though I was not located in the same area during the initial process. He was able to answer all my questions thoroughly giving me peace of mind for every administrative action. His team moved with a purpose to meet our closing date. He was able to lower my monthly payments to meet our needs and locked in a very low interest rate than expected.
