I came into Valley Imports looking for a vehicle that could handle the ND winter weather better then my current car at the time. When I went in I had a general idea of what car I wanted and that was a Mitsubishi Outlander. The saleswoman, Lisa, was absolutely phenomenal - she went above and beyond. I know a lot of the dealerships have an aggression pressure tactic to get you to buy a vehicle but at Valley Importa that didn t happen. Lisa took her time knowing about us, what we wanted in our new vehicle, and our price range. At first I wanted just the Outlander but Lisa said it probably wouldn t be in my price range so she wanted to show us something else and we absolutely fell in love with the Outlander Sport. Again, there was no pushiness, only about what made us (my girlfriend and I) happy. Lisa even took the liberty to explain all the bells and whistles in the car. I also worked with Matt to finalize everything and he wanted to make sure I got the best final price on the vehicle. I just have to say, if you are to pick any dealership pick Valley Imports!
