Both times I've visited this location I have been treated with the utmost respect and courtesy by a Mr. Jeremy Hand, Service Advisor. The first time I was getting a key fob made for my newly purchased 2012 Civic, which I foolishly bought from a non-Honda dealer. The second time was for a oil change which somehow wound up being cheaper then Jiffy Lube! Plus they washed my car! The wait times can run a little long, however, quality work shouldn't be rushed.
