After a total incompetence due to the delay of 15 days of my delivery and people unable to give me information (to believe that my mattress was limited alone, lost in the middle of the Sahara) I want to congratulate the seller of the bedding department "christine" on post on 26/11 and who was good and adorable and "Anthony" from the after-sales service (present today and the day before yesterday) who was the ONLY one to call me (out of 3 people who promised to do so)! Bravo to you 2 to raise the level of this brand and thank you for your professional conscience. Happy Holidays to you and don't change anything people like you are too rare these days.
