From the first appointment over 12 years ago to the latest one today, I have always received courteous customer service from everyone in the service department at Dick Ide Honda. Mark Frey and his team are always fair and considerate. In particular, I have know Jim Milella all those years, and he is always my first best source of help and assistance for any car problem, even for my other non-Honda vehicle in the old days.
I have recommended this dealership and this service department to many friends, and I will continue to do so wholeheartedly!
