Generally my experiences at Toyota of Seattle have been pretty good. Not today. I went in to get a oil change during the inspection they determined that I needed new brakes and a few other things anyway a thousand dollars later my car is ready to be picked up.

When I get to my car I noticed the front windshield is cracked a fairly large crack running from near the bottom to the middle of the windshield. I went back in and talk to my service rep he told me they would have to check the film to determine whether there was a ding in the window beforehand I can tell you for sure there was definitely not a giant crack! And I don't recall there being a ding.

They were unable to resolve the situation and told me they call me later. I use my car for work and while the windshield is cracked I cannot use it for work! I tried to contact the service manager several times during the day she was unavailable and did not return my calls.

My car being out of service cost me a couple hundred dollars a day. At this point this is something I'll just have to take care of myself.I Will not be returning to Toyota of Seattle for any of my service needs.
