The people at Olde Wood Ltd are great to work with! You receive daily or weekly updates on your order and if there are any issues they are more than willingly to help out in the benefit of the customer. As far as the product....I purchased reclaimed wood flooring and it is awesome!! I am very happy with the product and is exactly what I expected for a reclaimed hardwood floor. It looks like the wood has been installed for many years and shows a lot of character such as nail holes, worm holes, rough saw marks, etc.. I purchased their engineered version which is a layer of hardwood backed with plywood. I chose this due to the subfloor being directly on a slab. I really like the wood and have received many compliments even when I haven't finished the entire floor! Looking forward to getting it all installed!
