The staff was so unprofessional and RUDE to us from security to the passport agents. I was even smiling and friendly and they still looked at us like we were Inconveniencing them. We had never been out of the USA, we dont have international trains so we didnt know what to expect but don't bother asking because they were so rude to my family. If there was any other way to go I will definitely take it next time.
