Never normally review- but had to this time to war...

Never normally review- but had to this time to warn others. This company should be investigated. They promise a phone within a week - but after waiting for 2 weeks - nothing. Had to cancel and buy elsewhere- but a month on still waiting for a refund!!! Have had to get Barclaycard involved to pursue them for a refund. All you get are automated emails as a reply. Where are trading standards? Check out the most recent reviews for a realistic appraisal of how this company treats its customers- they deserve 0 stars!
