POOR customer service. I ve owned a Sitterle home...
POOR customer service. I ve owned a Sitterle home for 1.5 years. Have water coming into my home and asked customer service rep to setup a house visit to see if leak is covered under warranty. That was 2 calls ago and 3 days ago. No return call to schedule as promised AND a lot of speculating from customer service about how it s likely not covered. All I said in response is before you determine if not covered under warranty you have to assess what s causing leak as insurance said not storm or wind related. Nothing so far! I expected more from a builder with a reputable name.
