When I'm at Singapore, one of my favourite form of transportation is SMRT. The SMRT is so well connected, so well design and very convenient for everybody, from young ones to golden generation. The facilities provided by SMRT for the disabled are 100% perfect! So for any first timer to Singapore, I advise you guys to explore the country by using SMRT.
Note to remember:
Always read the map of the SMRT, always lihat mrt station penghujungnya dan the color of the mrt line.
For people who brought stroller and wheelchair, always use the elevator.
Always plan your destination before using the SMRT.
Price for one mrt card is $12, you can either top up the card using the top up machine or through the mrt counter.

MRT (Mass Rapid Transport) in Singapore.
Virtually every place in Singapore can be reached with the network of the MRT. The trains run very punctually, are very clean and safe. The prices are cheap for the quality offered. On board there is a good air conditioning and specially colored chairs are reserved for mothers with children, elderly or disabled people. In every station very clean sanitary facilities are available and all directions and connections are well marked in English, the national language. The network is very easy to use.

I can strongly recommend this to my foreign friends as the most famous transport company in Singapore.

For their great train disruptions, "made in contact" roller coaster rides, swimming complex in a tunnel. Way more worth than going to USS.

Trains and buses now allow you to bring on board your foldable bicycles. But unless we have no choice, it is considerate to avoid peak hours. On trains, board either the first or last cabin where there s a corner to park your bike thus minimising inconvenience to commuters.

SMRT means death in the Slovak language (the person who takes the life).
The word "Welcome on board, SMRT" is therefore ironic.
Real experience with traffic in New Year's Eve is not very positive.
