We had Michael do a fruit table for our wedding and it was to be expected. He was on-time, provided what we had asked for and supplied plenty of assortment of fruit. He was very quick and efficient with his email responses. His food presentations are spectacular and truly a sight for sore eyes but he didn't provide the same presentation for our wedding fruit table. We had to use a third party to supply the setup, presentation, whole fruits, decor and elevations for the display. So overall, it was more expensive than anticipated.
