There are Chinese service does not know English can ask the price

I had an accident outside the country and told them I couldn't make the payments because I lost my vehicle and had no vehicle under my name and they still charged me and now I can't get monthly insurance and have to pay the yearly which is a huge expense.

Poor customer service and organisation. fourth broker in 2 years nobody called me to renew my insurance and when they did they just made excuses. this is a terrible company but if you like to be pass along from broker to broker by all means these are you people.. There are 2 starts on this company for a reason.

Another closed insurance company on Saturday. Weekends are when most people buy cars. They should seriously consider staying open on Saturdays.

Charged me ridiculous fees that were in the fine print apparently. Criminal company. Use them if you wanna get scammed out of money.

Id go 0 if i could. They gave away private infomation. They charged me 20% higher then TD for less coverage. Very sheisty.
Watchout for these money changers.

The only time you are able to find them is when they want your money. It is impossible to get hold of someone if you need any information and help from them. Costumer services? Forgot about it. You are the walking wallet only, you're on your own once your signed paper agree to pay them.

This company has made me feel very small and insignificant for years. I strongly suggest avoiding this company if customer service is something you care about. I'm so disheartened right now, I feel like I'm going up against a giant bank CEO everything I talk to someone at this company.

Insurance products don't really change much. It's the service that makes all the difference. Followed my broker here and gradually moved all of my policies over as they came due. Actually ended up saving money on all my vehicles.
I have a good driving record, only one claim in 20 years and no demerits so I normally get good rates regardless where I go.
I have no issues and no complaints with this company, location or it's employees.

They seem confused whenever a customer actually walks in. I went in to cancel insurance for a vehicle I no longer owned and this became quite an ordeal as the lady I spoke with couldn't understand why I was cancelling my insurance. They are a broker for Intact Insurance, which I recommend, but I'd get it somewhere else.

The worst experience I've ever had with a broker. They lied to me and my husband for 2 months. Saying they were going to lower our rate and get us a refund for the insane amount we are being charged. We had to talk to 4 different agents there until finally we learned the truth that nothing was changing with our account.

If they would have told us nothing was going to change then we could have prepared for it. But instead they lied. So please do yourself a favor and look somewhere else for a broker.

Pami Kular at this location deserves 10 stars. As an executrix, I was trying to cancel home insurance for the estate of a late relative. I was not able to get assistance at the assigned Brokerlink branch. I called another branch in my area, again with no help. Finally, out of desperation I phoned the BrokerLink branch at Horizon Heights and Pami answered the phone. Her customer service skills are exemplary and she immediately provided clear guidance and timely follow-up. I am thoroughly impressed with her knowledge and professionalism in the management of this insurance related issue.

The struggle is real with Brokerlink.. communication is lacking. I recommend making sure you have absolutely every single request in writing, be prepared to repeat yourself over and over, and have alot of patience.

Would not recommend this insurance company at all. Rates are the highest I have come across. Office is disorganized and no one. responds to calls or voicemails. Melvin Singh never returns your calls and pretends to be not in the office....if you are going to whisper that you are not in the office , at least use the mute button. He also acts like you are wasting his time.

I come as a walk in. Like I have before. And now I m over hearing one of the women we should never put in a walk in availability like... I CAN hear you ya know? So rude. Plus whoever the manager is or who ever was running their very loud meeting. Was extremely rude and really didn t care about their customers at all.

My experience was quite adequate. Good rates and and was very accommodating.

I paid for a service, in return I did not get the service that was promised. Here is the story. I went in to ask them to submit a claim for an accident, they told me they did not submit claims, instead they told me to call a number. A number in which was wrong and did not care. So I was left to submit my own claim, contact my insurance directly and set up dates where I could get my vehicle inspected and have estimates done. I paid BrokerLink so that I would not have to do that. Not only has the broker not done anything to contact us or do any work at all. It seems they have also mislead someone that is helping us, not only causing confusion with us and the insurance company. I asked a lady that worked there to help us and the response I got was "Sorry I don't want extra work" , which tells me that this company does not care about the quality of service it provides. It is a huge time waster and I would not recommend coming to this broker to help. Why would I pay for a service where I am the one doing the services job. This case is still ongoing.

An absolutely despicable company! I wouldnt recommend these ignorant lying scumbags to my worst enemy. Literally the worst "company" ive ever dealt with..

A good broker office for all your insurance needs. They have some great staff.
