I have been calling for a month and I did not get through, I wrote e-mails and they pushed me to the e-queue which does not work !!! Neither on the phone nor on the laptop you can click and select the day (all shaded) ...
I reached the information and asked why it was impossible to reach the registration department, the lady replied "I don't know I picked up" and why the e-queue is not working "please try at 00:01 from Sunday to Monday because the server is refreshed on Monday and it may surprise ...
And it did not surprise!
