Thomas=da man! Great service, knownledge, and friendly personality. He provided a price to disconnect and reconnect my stero, computers, and multiple TVs while contractors were installing new flooring. During the reconnect, my Cox Cable modem failed; he trouble shooted the problem with the Cox tech over the phone, which took a bit of time; yet, he didnt increase his initial charge.
