Horrible experience for my daughters car. It had been serviced a few months back when we acquired the car. She requested inspection and servicing as it was new to her. after some repairs which took longer than expected it was returned and shortly after the service engine light appeared. when we went back they indicated that they did not change the oil and the tires that past state inspection were dry rotted. 4 new tire and an engine treatment later we will never return to this dealership. To add insult to injury before they even looked at the car for service they had their sales person call and offered us a "great deal" on a trade in in the hopes to sell a new car. Shady sales tactics for sure.
