The costumers service is great. Especially in the shoe department. I've been going to sports systems to get my running shoes there for the past two years and the costumer service I receive from their shoe department is excellent. Everytime i go i always run into the same person in the running department, Jeff. He is knowledgeable of their product and has made a big difference in my running life.
