I did not want to even give this company any stars...

I did not want to even give this company any stars. Simply transportation is by far the WORST! Their customer service representatives are rude, I got cut off by this young lady several times trying to explain situation to her. If you have have this medical insurance company I would suggest for you to consider changing to something else. The customer service representative simply need to be trained on how to speak to customers, how to speak English period, there is no form of professionalism among the drivers, and phone reps.
