The reason why I am giving it only two stars it's because of the customer service. Girls that work there have poor customer service skills. I was sitting outside and I asked whenever would be possible to sit me inside as I am freezing (that was before the huge que) she said if I sitting outside, I have to stay outside . At the end my hands were shaking as I was that cold. Then It came to pay - no-one told me you can pay by card only. I explained to the girl that my bank will charge me bank fees as I am from UK. She said she cannot change UK law and that's not her fault. I suggested that it would have been helpful if she had said something when giving the menu. She said she has other things to do than inform customers, that they can't pay cash. Then she concluded her boss doesn't permit that. she was so defensive about everything.
If you go there just order and don't ask for anything else, as you gone end up being disappointed.
Food - i had apple crumble - it was nice, well cooked but nothing special.
To the owner - please send your employees for customer service training.
That behaviour would have been unacceptable I'm UK.
