I have to call over and over and over again just t...

I have to call over and over and over again just to get the front desk to pick up. It take over 20 minutes of many phone calls before someone listens to me. Then they don't listen and just transfer my calls to the wrong person. I have to play this game every time I need an appointment. The front desk are kids who are very annoyed by their job! They have broken English and I can't understand them at all. It's terrible!
