Traveled regularly with Stena Line between Gothenburg and Frederikshavn for several years now. The prices are reasonable for car passengers, but all the more advantageous if traveling on foot. SEK 99 for Denmark during the day, per person, can come down to SEK 79 ToR as Extra Member in some cases. Good prices on Stena's primary cover product - flat beer. There are many things to be happy with.

However, there have been several deteriorations in recent years. Extra-gold membership (which requires you to travel / trade a lot) has greatly deteriorated, giving you no longer free access to the Plus lounge. Then point costs have started to skyrocket for certain things. The booking page is starting to become more and more similar to that of airlines, with more and more small benefits that can be purchased for varying costs. Plus lounge, guaranteed seat in folding seats (if it is not high season then it is SEK 99 straight in the lake, as there will always be vacant places), priority boarding, priority departure, SEK 10 for SMS with booking number etc. The next step is good guaranteed window space and priority access to lifeboats ...

Generally quite boring ferries, where Danica is clearly more fun than Jutlandica. But they do their job, always taking them to their destination on time at a reasonable price.
