I had my first experience earlier this month at BMW of Springfield and it was a very positive one. I leased a 2021 X5 and it was hassle free. My interactions with Art and David were seamless. We got picked up from home on the day of the delivery and the whole process took about a couple of hours. One feedback, unrelated to the dealership experience was on the UX on the BMW software for contracting ... this was patchy at best, otherwise we would have finished sooner.
