Very poor services. Some staff are trained and some are very racist to non European guests even if they book the highest villas. Would not recommend. The night service team is rude and insulting. Feel like second class guests. Some of the staff seem to care while others offer only two keys for a family of 10 in the villa. The night male staff are extremely arrogant. Unfortunately all the five star reviews are from White folks and it seems Asian or colour reviews don t exist here. Even during lunch one day for a white couple two tables were
Combined but when we requested it they refused. When we pointed out it was done for others and complained they then said okay we have some time to help . Do you not realise that we are your guests and we have paid for excellent services? Added to that we haven t taken your lowest package rooms - we paid for the highest. Seems it doesn t matter eventually non whites are non whites or so it makes me feel even if it may not be the case. the villas are clean and nice. Italian Restaurant services are better - though they get confused when you order too many things , but they do care about guests. The same is unfortunately not the case at reception and the maiming dining hall. Very different service experiences across the resort (as they call themselves). Villa itself is maintained very well. Property is large and beach is excellent. But again at service levels There also we had issues finding seating together and through repeated requests they helped accommodate finally. On the positive, large property and lovely visual sights. Day three main restaurant team were very friendly and supportive. But good quality was poor when asked to make or prepare by chef. Club cars serve European guests waiting after us rather than first come first serve. Some of us were asked to wait for another club car even though we were waiting first in queue. Excuses include checkout time and only two drivers available etc etc. the number of excuses were so many instead of owning up it seemed they wanted to show Mariott under staffs or sort of find excuses for service issues. Sometimes they delay up to 20 minutes and say that they are understaffed or have heavy load or have checkouts or something or another. We were given a dedicated manager to call but seems that is sometimes not reachable too. Randomised service and lack of coordination and partiality with guests of colour is very very apparent here . I had considered removing my comments one racism but that after day event after event it shows that there is a cultural issue of Racism dominant within the resort and it s management. Something that will spoil its high star reputation which seems also to show very very few colored people or reviews. Not good when Greece is part of a friendly European Union. I believe this is concentrated at the resort alone but it s worth taking care of. Bad press could follow. Surprised no response from the location as well. I would have expected a brand such as themselves to want to discuss and sort things out or do they truly not care anymore.
