Saverio Longobardo greeted me with courtesy and professionalism, then proceeded to get me comfortable with the process of caring for my car. During the time that I spent at the dealership, Mr. Longobardo told me about everything he was going to do, and he did exactly those things. How refreshing it was to not have to chase behind someone in order to have your expectations met.
