5/30/20. All of the employees are lazy and should be fired, because they refused to do their job and help the customers. I asked them for help and they told me they can't, they had to man the desk. There was no other guest there but me. So i was refused service for the reason of laziness and the i cant excuse. So whats the point of the library being open and having empoyees when they don't want to give you customer service. If i was their boss they would have to take customer service classes, because non of them have it.
