Called ahead to let us know he was on his way. Arrived exactly on time. Personable and super courteous. Performed the requested maintenance and then had us join him while a full operational check was conducted. (PS - the improvement in the furnace's heat production was immediately obvious.) Left the room as spotlessly clean as it had been when he arrived. As always, superb service by Sierra Air and it is our hope that the same young man is again assigned the next time we request a maintenance visit.
