Enjoyed the hotel but was disappointed that the staff didn t promptly mail a piece of correspondence I asked them to mail and, instead, let it sit in their outbox for a few days. If the hotel batches guest mail and sends it at the end of the week, a heads-up would ve been thoughtful and appreciated ( This won t go out until Friday. Is that okay? ). I would ve said no, driven over to the Post Office, and mailed it myself. Sometimes it s the little things that count. That mail delay cost me.
