We utilized Matt and his team for both the sale of our condo and the purchase of a new condo. They exceeded all of our expectations and we couldn t have been happier with the results. Matt and his team were responsive, organized and thorough. Their extensive use of technology was critical in creating a collaborative forum for exchanging information, schedules and dialogue. From the initial meeting, his knowledge of the market conditions, buying patterns and marketing our condo for sale were outstanding. His referrals for staging, painting and anticipatory repairs for any inspection were all excellent. The team s communication was frequent and informative, and they were reachable at any time. On the buy side of our relationship, Matt knew at least 95+% of the other realtors, areas, and buildings of the city that we were interested in.
