Customer service at this credit union has truly tanked, especially for those customers who no longer work where there is a Methodist branch location. There is only one posted customer service number, which no one answers even when you call at different times throughout the day. The branches are only inconveniently open Monday, Wednesday, Friday, until 4 pm. Since I am no longer able to do direct deposit as a Methodist employee, this bank deactivated my online access to my account, and there is no one to help restore it despite several attempts to contact them in person (bank was closed due to new MWF hours), call them (someone called back once one hour to closing time), and emailing. The one time a human answered the phone, she told me their systems were conveniently down, but she did not offer to call me back when service was restored and treated me as if my business did not matter. Guess I will relieve them of this when I transfer my business to another credit union!
