I have been working here for 2 years now. Extremely clean, friendly, dedicated , conscientious, professional and empathetic staff. There is always sufficient supply for the staff to effectively do their job. Food is good and wages are fair . Great place to live or work.

This is a splendid place I've been to this seniors home a couple of times and they always host fun activities for the seniors to stay active, along with fitness exercises in a separate room. When I grow old I would love to live here!
I love working here, great managers flexible hours and they are very understanding. although I m gonna be leaving to further my career I can honestly say that once you get used to the place, it feels like home, especially when residents speak highly of you and remember you!
My 88 year old MIL is there currently with no health issue just short term memory loss, and it's an abhorrent place! The food is awful, scheduling to see her is so hard! The scheduling person will not let us see her, never answers her phone. We ask my MIL all the time if there are events or fun activities and she always says nothing is going on. Their are elderly people in wheelchairs looking so unhappy, I can't wait to get her out. Please find another place. At over $5k a month, a personal nurse is cheaper. This is an honest review, I'm not sure the other reviews are legit.
Norwood Crossing has a hard working staff, everyone is fairly positive. If I had to give it any criticism, it's that individuals in my department have an issue with calling off. Otherwise it's pretty par the course for a nursing home job.
A very unique place for retirement. The staff here is Simply Amazing Juan Terrence luke Mike and as for management Debbie is amazing the nicest person I've ever met.
No help from social worker and administration for filing medicaid. Don't bother if your less than middle class. Nursing very caring while there. Had to find another home would not accept dad.
