It was ok. I had a higher expectation for my experience because of the Mercure brand, so having single beds when we were travelling as a couple really spoilt our stay- this was our first holiday as a couple.
Things like left plates/bottles in the hallway (from when we checked in, till when we checked out) was an unpleasant experience too.
The other thing of having creamer rather than milk (even the little containers of milk) was a disappointment- they are not pleasant at all.
Due to the above things, I don't know I would recommend your hotel and hence the rating of a 7.
