I wish I could give them a 0. Anytime I call them, I have to wait minimum 1 hour. Currently on hold for 3 hours now. They are notoriously inconsistent on escrow analysis and haven't responded to my email from 6 weeks ago regarding my property tax in relation to my escrow.
