Woefully under staffed and the doctors continually...

Woefully under staffed and the doctors continually leave to be replaced by a student resident every few months or so. No continuum or quality of care. You may not even get an appointment for months! Also, my sister was covered by Medicare and MediCAL but as of May they are no longer accepting MediCAL? That is what the Santa Clara County social worker told me. So if you have MediCAL, good luck finding any doctor at all.
