FPI Management Services in my opinion is a nightmare for any tenant. I rented an apartment at the Enclave and since I moved out on August 31, 2017 it has been a horrible experience that is never ending. They have sent me a total of three itemized statements two being after the required 21 days. All of these statements are incorrect and completely different from the previous one. I thought I settled my account by paying everything I owed promptly, (even though I disagreed on some of the charges). The next thing I know I m being harassed by a collection agency because FPI apparently did not report that I had paid the balance owing. I personally went to the office and paid by check within one week of receiving a letter regarding how much I owed. I did get that situation straightened out, and for the second time thought the matter was settled. Wrong, I just received another letter telling me I now owe 32.00, and once again the collection agency is harassing me even though I m disputing the charges. I m now looking to settle this matter in the courts as I feel this matter is never going to come to any conclusion without legal intervention. Thank You Henry Liu
