Since I have insurance and no longer am fighting with doctors and staff who were lazy about their jobs, I trust them 1000% with my life...Staff is really helpful and caring and I no longer have to wait 6 to 10 hours in the ER...Communication has improved big time and couldn't ask for a better team of doctors. I hope all can take Vanderbilt as an example of how a hospital should be run....
Ok Vanderbilt, I have kept quiet enough, disability people are more than just numbers and money to your clinics like Rheumatoid Arthritis and Urology. We are given insurance, by our government, and you are being selective on who you treat, because of the insurance, says all we need to know, all you care about is money and not the people. We are more than just numbers, I'm denied medical treatment through functional medicine because I will not wear a mask, when my procedures were done, none of you, had a mask on, during the initial start. This is ridiculous and I'm sure, millions more, go through this same selectivity!! Think I shall call board of health, any admin at the hospital, my insurance, and start propagating how selective you've become! We trust and depend on you, as prominent specialists, to treat us, disabled or not, with the best care, we can get. Many of you want the tags and labels bestowed, but None of the work, because all you care for is MONEY!! Severely disappointed in your treatment and care for us patients who, most do not even know these policies, yet, ascertain all the headache from just trying! No wonder people give up, get mad, or just take the exit strategy best suited for them, and for some could be suicide, all because you will not take their insurance!!! Cowards, where is your HIPPA regulations now? Loopholes to benefit you not us, and you would not even have a job without us....Unbelievable!!!! Inexcusable!!
