While the car buying experience was fine and Brandon was a great sales man, although i knew more about the car that was being bought than he did, it was the finance people that pulled a very cheap and fast one on my significant other who is a disabled vet. After writing them a check for $14,000 for a $15000 car, they had the audacity to call and ask for another $200 because they had done the registration wrong and had to redo it. He gave them the additional $200.00. My S.O complained to the general manager who agreed that he should not have been charged. They agreed to give him back his money. This was in June......... It is now August. Guess who does not have his money back!!! I believe they should give it back to him with interest. I will NEVER go to this place again!!!!! To shame on all of you to "take" a Iraqi vet with a brain injury and a Purple Heart for a lousy $200.00!!!!! this is an all time low. BTW... my S.O. calls every week or so and hears the same thing " you will have your money by the end of July....." REALLY,IT TAKES THAT LONG TO CUT A CHECK?????!!!!!
