Mailed check on January 5th 2019 for a order at Hunter's Lodge. Didnt cash check til February 4th 2019. Received half the order March 1st 2019. Received 2nd half March 11th 2019. Called Gail a total of 17 times inquiring about the order and would get excuse and excuse for the order. Finally was able to reach "James" and with his help was able to get the ball on the roll to get the order for my customer. Horrible customer service to say the least. I believe firing Gail, hiring better personnel, and implementing a better communication system would help them do a better business.
