Service department is awesome. Everything else is bad traded in 2 cars and got a 2014 Chevy Malibu back in 2014. The loan guy promised us maintenance free for the life of loan and when I went for first service found out that wasn't case. It is my bad for not reading every single piece I was signing. When I talked with department head he said that gentlemen doesn't work there anymore because of his shady activities but only gave us coupons for work and nothing else. My only mistake was not persuing it in court. I personal won't ever use these guys anymore and got rid of Chevy all together which is a shame. Honda is offering a better deal on there cars and truly does have maintenance free for life of loan. So make sure you read everything and make them show you as well they are shady at Ray's.
