I brought a pc in over the weekend that i had just built because I kept getting blue screens of death. I described my problem to the tech when I dropped it off and he said they could figure it out. I get a call Monday afternoon that my computer is just fine and I am getting blue screens from software issue on my pc. I take the computer home and reinstall my system and was real cautious about what drivers I installed. Needless to say the blue screens persisted. After more troubleshooting I found the problem. i had a bad pci port on my motherboard. I wish I didn't waste $50 on their diagnostics to get a bad answer from them. I will not be back there again.
I am adding to this post since I received a very nice call from the owner about it. Although I didn't get my system properly diagnosed as stated above, he did try to make it right by offering me a credit on future services. Although I will most likely never use this credit since I do most pc work myself it was a nice offer from him. As others have stated in other reviews they seem to have a hard time on diagnosis of high end machines which is what I have. I know my problem was difficult to find and I'm not going to hold it against them for that. Their prices seem very fair for their services and I'm sure that they will do their best to make you happy. Thank you for contacting me about my review. It really shows that you care for your customers.
