I was unhappy with our shower grouting work that was done so called to discuss and was told to text pics through and he would call me back. He called twice over the next week to say he hadn't had a chance to look at the picture or my quote but he would get back to me and I never heard from him again.

Further to that our shower drain which was functioning fine before the omega technician arrived is now blocked because its full of all the old grouting. Nothing has been done to fix any of this and no follow up has been made and this job was not cheap.
