Overall trip was exceedingly pleasant. Room as very comfortable, room service was good, dinner at Il Lido was splendid.

Bathtub was older and grimier than expected from a 5* luxury resort, but overall bathroom was well appointed. However not enough rack space or a clothesline to dry swim wear after beach and pool.

Pool was very nice but jagged edges on the underwater tiles on the steps pose a danger to small children.

Checking out was unnecessarily stressful. There was a conference checking in during check out time and we all had to join the same queue. Took 20 minutes to check out. At the same time I was rushing to catch the shuttle to Vivo. Thankfully, the shuttle waited an additional 5 minutes for us.
